Performance Testing Engineer | QualiGate | Hybrid

Seeking Performance Engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and proven experience in load testing of microservices in cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Join a global tech company working on cutting-edge distributed systems.

What you'll be doing

• - Develop and execute load testing scripts using K6 (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• - Conduct end-to-end performance testing for microservices on Kubernetes (EKS).
• - Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks in distributed cloud systems (AWS/GCP).
• - Maintain and optimize automated testing/reporting infrastructure (Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus).
• - Work closely with DevOps, R&D, and Architecture teams to improve system readiness.

Requirements

• - Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript – mandatory.
• - Hands-on experience with load testing tools (K6 preferred; JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner also welcome).
• - Experience with microservices performance testing – mandatory.
• - Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
• - Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Advantage

• - Experience building internal performance testing tools or infrastructure.
• - Background in SRE, Architecture, or dedicated Performance Engineering teams.
• - Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and distributed system optimization.
